Job Title: Territory Manager – Linen ManagementKey Responsibilities:Operational Management :Oversee Linen management operations for multiple client sites within the assigned territory.Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and company policies.Monitor and manage day-to-day activities, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other FM services.Team Leadership :Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff and supervisors.Conduct performance evaluations and provide necessary coaching to improve productivity.Ensure teams are motivated and adhere to operational standards.Client Relationship Management :Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the territory.Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.Identify client needs and recommend value-added services.Budgeting and Financial Management :Prepare and manage budgets for Linen operations.Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.Generate periodic reports on financial and operational performance.Business Development :Identify opportunities to expand services within the territory.Collaborate with the sales team to pitch and secure new contracts.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry contacts.Compliance and Risk Management :Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Conduct regular audits and inspections to minimize risks.Implement corrective actions for identified gaps.Reporting and Analytics :Generate regular operational reports for senior management and clients.Track KPIs to evaluate the efficiency and quality of services.Utilize data to forecast operational requirements and improve processes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Housekeeping,
Linen management, operations, or a related domain.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with FM software/tools.Key Competencies:Customer-focused approach to service delivery.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strategic thinking with attention to detail.Financial acumen for budget and cost management.Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Work Environment:On-site visits to client locations within the territory.Office-based work for administrative and reporting tasks.May require travel within the territory.
