Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team at SANeForce - Sales Force Automation | Pharma CRM | SAN CLM | FMCG SFA. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and requires a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and tactics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
