**Roles and Responsibilities**

- Understand the specific ideal customer profiles for each service and plan and execute outbound campaigns accordingly, primarily targeting the US, UK, Canada, and European markets.
- -
- Reach out to potential prospects, nurture warm leads, and conduct follow-ups.

- Meet appointment quotas by successfully scheduling meetings.

- Collaborate closely with the prospecting team to ensure prospects align with the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, identify pain points, and qualify them as potential leads.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by consistently meeting or surpassing monthly appointment setting targets.

- Provide feedback to the prospecting team regarding the quality of prospects and the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Document and update interactions with prospects, lead status, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
**Skills**
-
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably with experience in outbound lead generation and appointment setting.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and persuasive demeanor.

- Strong ability to engage prospects over the phone, build rapport, and handle objections effectively.

- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools for campaign setup and execution.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple prospects and prioritize activities.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving in a team environment.

- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in lead generation and qualification.

- Experience in the Information Technology industry would be advantageous.
