**Timing : 11 am - 8 pm**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Follow up on data and leads developed by the sales team.
- **Provide support to the marketing team by inviting prospective customers for**:

- promotional events.
- Address customer needs and requirements.
- **Transfer qualified leads to experienced sales professionals.**:

- Identify key prospects for sales and develop interests.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold
- **Understanding customer needs and requirements and identifying sales opportunities.**:

- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further
- development and closure
- **Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest**:

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- **Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services**:

- Staying informed about competing products and services
- **Over 2-4 years of relevant experience as Inside Sales Representative/ In-house**:

- Telesales Professional.
- Experience working in USA/Canada/Middle East regions.
- **Any degree or equivalent or any relevant graduation / post-graduation in related**:

- domain will be preferred.
- Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments.
- **Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in**:

- highly collaborative teams.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English language.
- **Strong listening & presentation skills.**:

- Ready to join within 30 days or earlier.**Additional Soft Skills & Requirements**:

- Should have a learning mindset, willingness to evolve and go the extra-mile.
