**About the job**

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Lead Inside Sales Executive to be part of our growing inside Sales Team. You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and setting up appointments for the management to offer our Product, Solutions, and Staff Augmentation services. You must be creative in presenting new lead generation solutions to implement throughout the organization.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Cold Call & Prospect for **Staffing / IT **Project & Product Services
- Fix a Minimum **1 Appointment / Day** & **5-7 Appointments / Week** with the IT Managers, Directors & VPs
- Work closely with the Sales Managers for completion of Meetings
- Required to fetch minimum **2 Requirements / Month**

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Total 0-5 years of relevant sales experience in IT background
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have a proven track record of selling to IT companies
- Proven track record in Client Acquisition, Business Development, and generating new leads.
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Sound business judgment and be a self-starter, an Individual contributor who works well within a small team environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
