Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at SANeForce - Sales Force Automation | Pharma CRM | SAN CLM | FMCG SFA. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting and engaging with potential customers. This is a Junior position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is a Full-Time employment opportunity.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Ability to effectively use sales tools and CRM software
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations
  • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Prospect and engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch and demonstrate our products and services
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales process
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Provide feedback and input to improve sales strategies and processes
