Closyss Technologies is a Mumbai-based company dedicated to delivering top-notch ERP solutions to clients across various industries including E-commerce, Hospitals, Manufacturing, Trading, Education Management and SME Solutions. Their expertise lies in offering strategic consulting, precise development, seamless database migration, expert system upgrades and innovative website design services for Odoo ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy:
- Identify and research potential markets, clients and business opportunities for IT services and Odoo ERP solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends to identify market demands and emerging opportunities.
Client Acquisition:
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media outreach and industry events.
- Qualify leads, conduct discovery meetings and understand client requirements.
- Present tailored IT solutions and Odoo implementation services to clients, highlighting value propositions.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Proposal & Negotiation:
- Prepare detailed business proposals, quotations and contracts.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client success.
- Provide feedback on product/service improvements based on client needs.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts and pipeline progress.
- Analyze business data to refine strategies and improve results.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
- Knowledge of ERP solutions and the tech industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300, ₹700,000.00 per year
