Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Strategy:

  • Identify and research potential markets, clients and business opportunities for IT services and Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify market demands and emerging opportunities.

Client Acquisition:

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media outreach and industry events.
  • Qualify leads, conduct discovery meetings and understand client requirements.
  • Present tailored IT solutions and Odoo implementation services to clients, highlighting value propositions.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Proposal & Negotiation:

  • Prepare detailed business proposals, quotations and contracts.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client success.
  • Provide feedback on product/service improvements based on client needs.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts and pipeline progress.
  • Analyze business data to refine strategies and improve results.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of ERP solutions and the tech industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹700,000.00 per year
