
Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Client & Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, manage key accounts, and provide exceptional service to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities from corporate clients, groups, and events to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Sales Negotiation: Prepare and present customized proposals and contracts, negotiating terms to secure new business and close sales.
- Sales & Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Client Services & Support: Conduct property tours for prospective clients, assist with event logistics, and ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after their stay or event.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance indicators, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and prepare detailed sales reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Internal Collaboration: Liaise with other hotel departments, such as catering, reservations, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- 2-3 Years of Experience of the hospitality industry and market trends.
- Proficiency in sales systems, such as IDS & Hotelogix, is often required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve revenue goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
