Designation – Inside Sales Manager
- Lead Generation:
- Identify insurance intermediaries handling employee benefits insurance.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and update it regularly.
- Extract and update the latest list of Brokers, Banks, Corporate Agents, and Individual Agents doing business
- Prospecting & Outreach:
- Reach out to insurance brokers, and agencies handling employee benefits.
- Develop a strong sales pitch for the IMT Care Employee Benefits solution.
- Target Insurance Company Executives, meet, and incentivize them. (Prepare a list of these target people)
- Demo & Pitching:
- Schedule product demos for insurance intermediaries.
- Customize the pitch based on the client's needs and business model.
- Conversion & Closure:
- Follow up with interested intermediaries and negotiate to close deals.
- Finalize agreements and transition to the post-sales team.
- Marketing & Strategy Involvement:
- Actively participate in monthly emails and marketing strategy discussions with the Marketing Manager.
- Assist in planning and implementing new platform strategies.
- Event & Field Engagement:
- Attend events pan-India to network and promote IMT Care's offerings.
- Conduct broker visits to finalize deals.
- Reporting & Tracking:
- Maintain sales tracking reports for Customer Connect and Employee Benefits.
- Provide insights on challenges, successes, and areas of improvement.
- Participate in weekly reviews to track progress and discuss improvements.
- Responsible for transforming leads into sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
