Designation – Inside Sales Manager

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify insurance intermediaries handling employee benefits insurance.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients and update it regularly.
  • Extract and update the latest list of Brokers, Banks, Corporate Agents, and Individual Agents doing business
  • Prospecting & Outreach:
  • Reach out to insurance brokers, and agencies handling employee benefits.
  • Develop a strong sales pitch for the IMT Care Employee Benefits solution.
  • Target Insurance Company Executives, meet, and incentivize them. (Prepare a list of these target people)
  • Demo & Pitching:
  • Schedule product demos for insurance intermediaries.
  • Customize the pitch based on the client's needs and business model.
  • Conversion & Closure:
  • Follow up with interested intermediaries and negotiate to close deals.
  • Finalize agreements and transition to the post-sales team.
  • Marketing & Strategy Involvement:
  • Actively participate in monthly emails and marketing strategy discussions with the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in planning and implementing new platform strategies.
  • Event & Field Engagement:
  • Attend events pan-India to network and promote IMT Care's offerings.
  • Conduct broker visits to finalize deals.
  • Reporting & Tracking:
  • Maintain sales tracking reports for Customer Connect and Employee Benefits.
  • Provide insights on challenges, successes, and areas of improvement.
  • Participate in weekly reviews to track progress and discuss improvements.
  • Responsible for transforming leads into sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
