Role- Growth Manager - Credit Cards
Location- Gurgaon, Haryana
Compensation Structure - 5 LPA - 6 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities-
Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets for credit cards.
Manage and optimise channel sales, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
Oversee and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance standards.
Collaborate with banking and financial institution partners to understand their needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
Whom are we looking for?
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the credit cards industry, with a strong background in sales and managing channels / DSAs.
Proven experience in managing and driving performance of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
In-depth knowledge of credit cards.
Proven track record of managing and growing channel sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
