Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience, identifying opportunities for growth, product expansion, and competitive differentiation.
Product Listings Optimization: Optimize product listings to improve visibility, conversion rates, and search ranking by writing compelling product descriptions, titles, and bullet points that are optimized for relevant keywords and consumer appeal.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and sales velocity to ensure adequate stock availability and prevent stock outs or overstock situations, working closely with our supply chain team to manage inventory replenishment and forecast demand accurately.
Liaison with Fulfilment Partners: Collaborate with fulfilment partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
- Customer Experience and Feedback: Monitor customer feedback and reviews, implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and encourage positive reviews and ratings.
Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with various marketplace policies and guidelines, including product listing requirements, advertising policies, and seller performance standards, staying informed about changes to respective platforms and adjusting strategies accordingly.
RequirementsTo be successful as an ecommerce growth manager, you should have:
- A proven track record in e-commerce management, specifically within the Amazon and Flipkart marketplace.
- A deep understanding of Amazon's and Flipkart's seller central platform, advertising tools, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance with policies and guidelines.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth on all marketplaces.
