Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize performance of digital marketing channels.
Forecast, measure, and analyze digital campaign performance across the funnel.
Develop and implement digital demand growth strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams for trial conversion and activation rate improvement.
Guide paid efforts across channels, balancing growth and ad spend.
Oversee ad unit development, testing, and analysis for continuous improvement.
Requirements and skills
5 years of experience in user acquisition and growth marketing.
Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, and SEO.
Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing, trends, and best practices.
*Candidate having experience in Ed-Tech background will be preferred*
