Job Summary
We’re seeking a highly motivated, experienced & results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through various marketing channels, a deep understanding of analytics, and a creative approach to problem-solving. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve key business objectives
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
Plan, execute, and analyze growth marketing campaigns across digital platforms including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertisin g.
A/B test creative and copy to optimize conversion rates.
Analyze and report on the performance of growth marketing initiatives, leveraging Hubspot CRM and analytics tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of growth strategies.
Requirements
4-6 years of digital marketing/ growth/ demand gen experience in an Enterprise B2B SaaS company
Creativity with expert proficiency in copywriting.
Experience in growth hacking
Hands on experience with email marketing, website management, LinkedIn, SEO and Hubspot
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Business development experience in B2B SaaS enterprise solution s is a Must .

Fixed shift (Mon to Fri)
