Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Growth Marketing Associate to support our growth marketing efforts and help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about learning and executing multi-channel marketing strategies in a dynamic environment. You will assist the team in executing campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing efforts across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage AI tools to execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, SEO, SEM and content marketing
Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools like Hubspot CRM, Google Analytics, and others.
Help with A/B testing creative, copy, and landing pages to optimize for conversion rates using AI tools
Contribute to content creation, including blogs, emails, and social media posts, to engage target audiences.
Provide administrative support for marketing operations, including managing calendars, campaign deadlines, and budget tracking.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude etc.
Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.).
Hands-on experience with social media marketing, email marketing, or digital ads is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
Good communication and copywriting skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
