We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team at Glood.AI, a leading provider of personalization and experience solutions for Shopify.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies, with expertise in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across multiple channels. In addition to this, they should possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.

A key focus of this role will be to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our SaaS platform. This includes managing various marketing channels, such as ads on Shopify, Facebook, and LinkedIn, SEO and content marketing, events and workshops, and customer engagement email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Shopify, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Enhance SEO performance using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz. Create high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Build and manage personalized email campaigns using advanced segmentation and automation tools to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with agency and tech partners for co-marketing campaigns, app integrations, and other joint initiatives to expand reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Shopify, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
