About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Strategist Director to lead our client servicing team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional marketing solutions to clients.
  • Develop deep understanding of clients' products, services, plans, competitors, and target markets.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns and generate ideas based on market insights.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and way-forward documents to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with planning and design teams to ensure seamless execution of client briefs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and presentations.
  • Develop marketing plans and budgets for campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
  • Prioritize team development and provide mentorship to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Drive business growth by exceeding client expectations and delivering results under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in mainline advertising agencies, preferably in non-digital roles.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, planning, and management, with a focus on creative conceptualization and orchestration.
  • Strong client management skills, including account management, servicing, and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
