About the Role

As a Marketing Manager at Glood.AI, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our SaaS platform. You will manage various marketing channels, including ads on Shopify, Facebook, and LinkedIn, SEO and content marketing, events and workshops, and customer engagement email campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development : Design and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue.
  • Campaign Management : Plan, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Shopify, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms to maximize ROI.
  • SEO & Content Marketing : Enhance SEO performance using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz. Create high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Email Marketing & Automation : Build and manage personalized email campaigns using advanced segmentation and automation tools to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Partnership Marketing : Collaborate with agency and tech partners for co-marketing campaigns, app integrations, and other joint initiatives to expand reach.
  • Events & Webinars : Organize and host workshops, webinars, and conferences to connect with potential clients and showcase Glood.AI’s value proposition.
  • Analytics & Optimization : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies. Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates.
  • Lifecycle Marketing : Develop strategies to engage customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to retention and advocacy.
  • Product Marketing Alignment : Work closely with product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment between product features and customer needs.
  • Industry Trends : Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging new tools and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Shopify, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, including written, visual, and video formats.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify apps or the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or Hotjar.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound Marketing) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
