Job Description

Naari Pharma Pvt Ltd is seeking a driven and strategic business development professional to lead our international market growth efforts. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong partnerships, negotiating deals, and managing projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development and sales efforts across ROW markets, identifying new opportunities and driving growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, exploring new avenues for collaboration and expanding market reach.
  • Manage risks and challenges in new markets by proactively addressing regulatory, operational, and financial concerns.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with partners, collaborating with legal to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, from initial registration through to product dispatch.
  • Monitor and track project progress, keeping all stakeholders informed and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development and managing international markets (ROW).
  • Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites and other locations as needed.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
