Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development professional located in Gurugram. The role involves generating new leads, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct
cold calling
to generate leads and build a strong client pipeline. - Schedule and attend
site visits
with prospective buyers. - Handle
client meetings
and present project details effectively. - Drive
sales conversion
through consistent follow-ups and relationship management. - Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closures.
- Collaborate with the internal team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:
- Must be a
local candidate from Delhi NCR
(non-locals will not be contacted). - Strong knowledge of
Gurgaon's real estate market and geography
. - Own
two/four-wheeler vehicle
is mandatory. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as an
individual contributor
. - Immediate availability
to join.
