Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our “Yali Aerospace“ team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through market research, client acquisition, customer proposals, product pitches, and networking at industry events.
Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and trends within the aviation industry.
Create and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
Analyze market data to gain insights into customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.
Identify and pursue prospective clients within the aviation sector, including government and private sector.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, including cold & warm calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients
Deliver engaging product pitches and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our drone technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Represent the company at industry expos, conferences, and networking events.
Maintain detailed records of business development activities, prepare regular reports for senior management, and document best practices.
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing with a background in Mechanical and Aerospace engineering is preferable, although candidates from other backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in selling UAVs or introducing new products to the market.
2 to 4 years of experience in Business Development.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the aviation, aerospace, or B2B industries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
Familiarity with any of the following areas: Logistics, UAS, Aviation, DGCA, and Central and State government sales.
Strong understanding of aviation industry dynamics and market trends, or willingness to learn.
