Business Developement Executive

REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
Conduct market research and develop business strategies.
Increase revenues, growth in terms of business expansion by increasing profitability through building strategic partnerships, and making strategic business decisions.
Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation.
Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.
Collaborating with management on sales goals.
Demonstrate effective time management and planning abilities.
MUST HAVE
Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B.
BBA/MBA in international business/ sales & marketing or relevant field Extensive sales experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Great networking skills. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
The ability to think creatively and strategically.
Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets..
Experience with CRM software.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work independently.
