Key Responsibilities: As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Pipeline Creation & Lead Generation: Identify companies needing debt financing and build a strong lead pipeline. Research industry trends for potential clients and funding opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Connect with key decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs) to understand their needs and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and stakeholders.
  • Securing Mandates: Lead negotiations to secure debt syndication mandates and ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Fee Collection: Oversee fee collection after successful mandate delivery, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Collaboration with Partners and Senior Management: Work with management to define goals and align business development efforts. Provide updates on market trends and client interaction.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Strong understanding of Debt Syndication and/or Investment Banking
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Negotiation skills with a focus on deal closure.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A graduate degree with at least 2 + years of experience or MBA (preferably in Finance, Business, or Economics).
  • BD experience in Debt Syndication, Investment Banking, or a similar role within a bank or financial institution or Credit Rating Agency or Credit Rating Consultant
  • Experience in dealing with mid and Large -sized corporate clients
