Key Responsibilities

  • Business Finance and Management reporting
  • Lead monthly Performance review, variance analysis.
  • Lead the commercial/finance function Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sourcing .
  • Collaborate with functional heads to provide financial insights for operational and strategic decisions.
  • Drive pricing strategies, margin improvement initiatives, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive financial accountability.
  • Evaluate financial viability of new business opportunities and strategic investments.
  • Drive Fiscal Incentives
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Develop annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor actuals vs. budget and implement cost control measures.
  • Audit & Compliance
  • Support internal and statutory audits
  • Drive SOPs and Policies along with the CFO
  • Treasury & Working Capital Management
  • Liaise with banks for term loans and working capital syndication.
  • Team Leadership
  • Mentor and manage finance and accounts team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and training sessions.

Desired Skills & Competencies


• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.


• Working Knowledge of SAP


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.


• Experience in manufacturing sectors is a plus.
