Manager - Business Finance brief:We are searching for an experienced Business Finance & Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager. A Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional oversees all corporate projections. They give an analysis of every technical, administrative, and significant impact. A strong applicant has a strong analytical approach, tactical awareness, and excellent interpersonal skillsThe Tax Manager will coordinate and manage all tax matters relating to entities within the group as well as identifying and implementing tax processes and solutions according to regulatory and governance standards.A. Key Job Responsibilities- Identify and comprehend business issues; propose and carry out solutions.- Teaming up with the executive team to develop the company's medium to the long-term financial and strategic plan.- Evaluating and recommending modifications to projections and budgets- Overseeing and managing all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis, such as planning, spending, predicting, report generation, and other tasks.- Working with various business units to forecast income and expenses for the next few years- Modeling long-term growth and determining the business elements that influence it.- Provide comprehensive review and commentary on cost center findings.- Performing unit economic analysis for new business initiatives and existing products.- Working with business owners to calculate, evaluate and strategies for generating vertical wise profitability- Preparing annual budgets and periodically (monthly & quarterly) reviewing the actuals (variance analysis) to identify unexplained items, unusual in the day to day business operations etc.- Co-owing the profitability with the business owner, strategising, monitoring and reviewing any departures from Annual operating plans and bringing it to the attention of the management in a timely manner.B. Key Job Requirements- Degree in Accountancy or recognizable accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA and etc.) with FinTech or NBFC or Logistics industry background- 5 - 8 years of post qualification relevant working experience- Proven work experience as a Business Finance & FP&A Manager- Familiar with Ind AS (IFRS), US GAAP is an advantage- Dynamic and bright personality with a positive attitude and excellent communication skill. A team player with good organization skill and an eye for accuracy and detail- Willing to work in demanding dynamic environment- Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders.- System-savvy, proficient in Microsoft ExcelThe successful candidate will also demonstrate the following abilities:- Professionalism: Enthusiastic about the accounting profession; willingness and ability to put in additional effort during certain periods to meet deadlines (e.g. month-end/year-end close, monthly review meetings, board meetings, AGM etc).- Team Player: Step up to assist others and contribute to the overall success of the team.- Detail Oriented: Aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail; ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.- Communication (written and oral): Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form.- Intellectual Curiosity: Eager and driven to constantly learn and never accept the status quo.
