About the Role:

We are looking for a Finance Operations Associate
 to manage and ensure accuracy in financial transactions across logistics billing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving billing discrepancies independently, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform 
    daily, weekly, and monthly billing reconciliations
     between courier partners, clients, and internal systems.
  • Validate and verify 
    shipment invoices, freight charges, COD remittances, and partner settlements.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing reports with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate effectively with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams
     to ensure accurate billing data and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain 
    comprehensive reconciliation statements, reports, and audit documentation.
  • Assist in process automation or improvement
     to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years
     of experience in 
    billing reconciliation, logistics finance, or related financial operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
     — mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of 
    ERP or accounting software
     such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities without much handholding.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across departments.
