We're Hiring: Finance Associate - OTC/Accounts Receivable
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of order-to-cash processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage customer accounts effectively.

Finance Associate - OTC/Accounts Receivable
What You'll Do
Process incoming contracts accurately on a daily basis.
Generate and distribute invoices and credit memos with precision.
Handle and resolve customer queries while preparing necessary vendor forms.
Support month-end closing activities and assist with sales reporting.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely cash collection.
Provide insights to improve daily workflows within the Finance team and across departments.
Contribute to various team projects and tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage.
Solid understanding of accounting, economics, and financial principles.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
Process-driven mindset with the ability to think critically.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
