Role Overview

As a Finance Associate at Flexiple, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth financial operations across both Indian and US entities. You will work on filings, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and expense tracking, collaborating closely with auditors and internal teams to maintain accuracy and compliance. 

This is a great opportunity for early-career finance professionals (0–2 years) to gain exposure across finance functions in a high-growth startup.

What You'll Do

  1. Filing & Reporting: Manage statutory filings for Indian and US entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance. Work closely with auditors to prepare required documentation and support audit processes.

  2. Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations for projects, accounts, and entities to maintain financial accuracy. Identify and resolve mismatches or discrepancies proactively to ensure clean books.

  3. Expense Tracking: Categorize and monitor company expenses, ensuring they are recorded under the correct heads. Provide visibility on spending patterns to enable informed business decisions.

  4. MIS Reporting: Prepare detailed MIS reports covering various financial metrics across departments. Share insights with business heads, enabling them to track performance and manage budgets effectively.

  5. Auditor Coordination: Act as a point of contact for auditors, coordinating data requests and compliance requirements. Maintain oversight to ensure filings and submissions are completed on schedule.

  6. Flexiple Inc. Filing: Support filings, reporting, and compliance for Flexiple's US entity. Ensure financial processes are aligned across geographies for consistency and accuracy.

Who are you?

  1. Education: MBA (Finance) or CA Intermediate preferred. 

  2. Experience: 0–2 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounts, or taxation (direct/indirect). For freshers, relevant internships in accounting, audit, or financial reporting are expected.

  3. Skills:

    1. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.

    2. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

    3. Ability to work collaboratively across teams while taking ownership of deliverables.
