Job Summary:- We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within the financial services domain.- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and hands-on experience in managing complex technology, regulatory, or business transformation projects in banking, fintech, or insurance environments.- You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within budget, while aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure across multiple concurrent financial services projects.- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk registers.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, compliance, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution.- Track project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and report project status to senior stakeholders and governance committees.- Ensure all projects comply with relevant financial regulations, data privacy laws, and internal audit requirements.- Drive stakeholder alignment, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication across all project participants.- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support teams in adopting agile or hybrid methodologies.- Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure lessons learned are documented and applied.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the financial services industry (banking, fintech, insurance, or capital markets).- Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and regulations (KYC/AML, PCI-DSS, Basel, PSD2, etc.- Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (ref:iimjobs.com)
