Everything else is a plus plus. We are looking for folks who make {} the the center of their universe, who push themselves and team members around them to solve problems in the best manner possible.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesOwn end to end lead generation cycle for all digital first, e-commerce and D2C brands in the country through outbound sales approach.Should use best communication channels but not limited to phone, email to generate quality SQLs for the sales team.Constantly build, maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly/monthly and yearly business goals.Achieve sales targets consistently and thrive hard to challenge the competition landscape in the industry.Should have the ability to negotiate with clients and handle objections with ease over a call and other multiple communication channels.Highly self-motivated and constantly working on delivering positive results to the company.Should be highly persuasive and follow-up with clients in a timely manner.Build a deep level understanding for financial products market demands and trends in the Indian fin-tech industry.Understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives at all times.Minimum requirements Must have 0 - 3 years of lead generation/sales/pre-sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup.
