Collaborates seamlessly with Sales/Cold Calling teams to furnish both quantitative and qualitative leads.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting market research on IT projects available for bidding within the US market.
2. Generating leads across diverse industries by staying updated on market trends.
3. Demonstrating proficiency in utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Excel.
4. Managing lead database pipeline effectively to support the Sales/Cold Calling team.
5. Implementing new market and customer research campaigns using CRM and Sales Navigator, targeting global industries.
6. Conducting regular research on topics including Cold Fusion, Salesforce CRM Projects, and NewHires.
7. Simultaneously conducting research across multiple geographies including the US, Canada , Europe and India.
8. Analyzing data patterns to devise creative tactics for lead generation.
9. Conducting in-depth research on prospective clients to compile cold call lists.
10. Developing short-term and long-term business goals to drive team objectives.
11. Providing daily reports to Senior Manager Lead Generation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
