Job Description

Provide visionary leadership to the Zonal operations, overseeing all aspects of sales, operations, and HR functions. Developing and implementing business plans and strategies to achieve growth targets and increase revenue. Directly manage , coordinate & foster strong relationships with channel leaders for the efforts of various channels, including Agencies, Dealerships, Premier Partners, etc. Identifying new market opportunities and developing new products and services to meet customer needs. Engaging and managing cross-functional teams to deliver business results. Conducting market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives. Collaborating with other senior leaders, including the CBO, CEO and CTO, to align business objectives with overall company strategy. Developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts to meet the company's financial objectives
