Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Business Operations at Stay Banaras, located in Varanasi. The Senior Manager Business Operations will oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. Responsibilities include managing business operations, operations management, program management, and finance. The role also requires analyzing business performance and developing strategies for improvement.

Qualifications

  1. Hotel Operations:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, maintenance, and customer service.

- Manage front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations.

- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence.

  1. Restaurant Operations:

- Restaurant's daily operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen operations.

- Manage restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.

- Develop and implement menus, events to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.

  1. Financial Management

- Prepare, manage, and control the hotel's and restaurant's budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Analyse financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

  1. Revenue Management

- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy average daily rate, revenue per available room.

-Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform revenue management decisions.

  1. Customer Satisfaction:

- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and proactive service recovery.

- Analyse guest feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

  1. Safety and Security

- Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and assets.

- Implement and maintain safety and security protocols, procedures, and training programs.
