Senior Business Development Manager

- Identify segments in the market that we can tap into - what product segments, what type of LSPs we can partner with
- Build a strong pipeline of potential Partners (Fintech’s, other NBFCs, Aggregator platforms)
- Identify and onboard new partners - FinTech’s/ LSPs, as well as Aggregator platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
- Lead Account management of key strategic accounts (partners); identify, design & growaccounts
- Monitor the financial performance of the digital lending portfolio to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met
- Identify and leverage emerging digital lending technologies and trends to stay competitive in the market
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the digital lending business development progress and financial performance2. Problem Solving & Leadership:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing digital lending offerings to meet customer demands and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new digital lending products and services; provide valuable marketand product feedback to product team, enabling product enhancement and innovations
- Assess/ analyze the market to identify white spaces, potential segments
- Conduct Sales planning and identify initiatives for achieving the business growth
- Take initiatives towards meeting business growth targets3. Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and standards set by the Regulator/ relevant authoritiesfor digital lending
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial and operational risksTo succeed in the roleQualification &Experience● 6-8 years of experience in financial services/ NBFC/ Banking related industries; with strongexperience in B2B Business development● Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business administration, or a related field, OR in Technology withBusiness experience. MBA from a reputed/ Tier-1 college is a plus● Experience in Partnerships & Alliances, could be complemented with some Strategyexperience● Some experience in Digital lending in a high growth setup is a plusSkills & know-how● In-depth knowledge of digital lending products (lending product flow), fintech platforms, and theregulatory landscape in India● Solid understanding of LOS/ LMS systems● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and digital marketing skills● Go getter attitude with strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills● Strong stakeholder management & project management skills● Excellent written and verbal communication● Ability to handle complex business processes
