Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive our B2B sales efforts within the cosmetics industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with consumer brands, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, particularly in the cosmetics or related industries, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development:

Identify and target potential consumer brands that align with our product offerings. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and product positioning.-Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company. Close deals efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize future strategies. Qualifications: -

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the cosmetics or related industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Location: Candidates with sales experience in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi, or surrounding areas will be given preference.- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.- Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
