Business Development Executive

Identify and target potential consumer brands that align with our product offerings. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and product positioning.-Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company. Close deals efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize future strategies. Qualifications: -
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the cosmetics or related industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Location: Candidates with sales experience in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi, or surrounding areas will be given preference.- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.- Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
