Job Description
Project Delivery: Lead and manage consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards while delivering strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
Business Development: Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, pitching solutions, and contributing to proposal creation and sales strategies.
Team Management and Mentorship: Guide and mentor project teams in conducting research, analyzing data, and deriving insights. Provide oversight on project deliverables and contribute to the team's professional development.
Client and Stakeholder Communication: Manage client relationships, understand requirements, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and expectation management.
Practice Development: Collaborate on practice development initiatives, including creating thought leadership content, developing methodologies, and building sales collaterals.
Research and Analysis: Oversee primary and secondary research efforts, analyze data to identify trends, and apply insights to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
International Engagements: Travel as needed for client meetings and primary research, including potential international engagements in emerging markets.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate is an experienced consulting professional with a background in engineering and an MBA, possessing at least six years of relevant experience. They should be:
Expert in Consulting: Demonstrates expertise in delivering complex projects, managing client relationships, and providing strategic insights across multiple industries. Strong Leader: Capable of mentoring teams, managing project deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Skilled Communicator: Excellent in business writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Analytical Thinker: Proficient in data analysis and trend identification to drive strategic recommendations. Business Development Focused: Experienced in business development activities, including pitching solutions and contributing to proposal creation. Proactive and Motivated: Self-driven with a high level of energy, a strong "can do" attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Globally Minded: Open to travel for client meetings and research, with international experience being a plus.
