Keyroles and responsibilities:
- Craft and implementprograms to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
- Organize teambuilding activities events andworkshops to foster a positive workplace
- culture.
- Develop andmanage wellbeing initiatives such as wellness programs fitnessactivities
- and mental health support services.
- Facilitate open communication channels betweenemployees and management.
- Implement feedbackmechanisms and strategies to address concerns and improve the
- overall employee experience.
- Create and manage employee rewards &recognition programs to acknowledge
- outstanding performance and contributions.
- Implement initiatives to improve the physicaland psychological wellbeing of employees
- inthe workplace.
- Address and resolve workplaceconflicts or issues that may affect employee happiness.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors ormaster s degree in human resources Organizational PsychologyBusiness Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role preferablyin HR events or employee engagement.
- Minimum 4years of experience
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
- Understanding oforganizational dynamics and human behavior.
- Ability to develop and implement creative andeffective employee engagement strategies.
- Experience in event management is a plus.
