About Us:
We seek a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager (Jr. KAM for freshers) to join our sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing key customer accounts, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. As a Key Account Manager, you will support the existing sales team, drive new customer acquisition, and play an integral part in building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

● Responsible for bringing in new leads and client accounts to meet monthly sales targets.

● Assist in identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new key accounts.

● Support the sales team in implementing strategies to meet sales targets.

● Participate in regular meetings with key clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

● Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments (marketing, customer support, etc.) to deliver on customer requirements.

● Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer data to inform account strategies.

● Provide timely reporting on account status, sales activity, and performance to senior management.

● Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

● 1+ year of experience in B2B HORECA/ institutional sales in FMCG.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts effectively.
