Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing strategies to enhance sales growth, and managing business development processes. The role includes market research, preparing business plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The manager will also be tasked with tracking industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in Market Research, Business Strategy, and Strategic Planning
  • Proficiency in Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the security services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
