Experience and Professional Qualifications Required for this role :

  • Work Experience - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the area of managing DSA/Sub-brokers/Channel Partners/IFAs in broking/investment advisory/capital markets.
  • Management Experience Experience of managing outbound contact center teams.
  • Education Qualifications Graduate / Technical qualification.


Technical Expertise :

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the area of managing DSA/Sub-brokers/Channel Partners/IFAs in broking/investment advisory/capital markets.
  • Worked in sales with an Investment Advisory company, AMCs, Equity Broking Houses.
  • Excellent track record of sales performance and achievement of revenue targets.


Language Proficiency : Strong command over Hindi and English.


Areas of Responsibility :

  • The candidate would be responsible for onboarding new channel partners & getting revenue targets achieved through them which includes Chartered Accountant, Equity Sub - broker, Mutual Fund Distributor, Insurance Brokers etc.
  • Address all the queries of Channel Partners/Distributors and be able to create trust and credibility.
  • The candidate will be on field job in Mumbai.
  • Should be able to cross-sell and up-sell across all product categories which includes Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance, etc.
  • Coordination with on-ground team for any customer request or servicing requirements.
