Role Purpose

We are hiring for the role of Government Sales. Looking for an aggressive salesperson who has a thorough understanding of the government procurement process. Formulating alliances and strategies with partners for tender/RFP bids, building and maintaining trustworthy relationships with senior level decision makers & partners in Government.


This position will also require the Sales Manager to work directly with the key government accounts including Central & State ministries, Defence & other PSUs, as well as with partners & consultants.



Responsibilities we entrust you with

  • Key Decision Makers by performing research and using prospecting tools in Government sector.
  • to analyse the customer needs and map them to Pine Labs solution which addresses the needs is going to be extremely desirable.
  • responsibilities include accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts for entire region are done smoothly and effectively.
  • of Fintech & Govt. domain across the country is a plus
  • Oriented, Process-driven, and quality-focused mindset.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, good executive presence.
  • to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • C-level interactions across assigned accounts with the ability to navigate discussions to the closure

Relevant work experience

  • have experience in Merchant Acquiring space either with Payment Aggregators, Banks or FinTech’s would be given high preference.
  • track record of meeting and exceeding established goals for business and for partners.
  • to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
  • level of organization and focus to work in a greenfield market.
  • to see the bigger picture and Open to travel


Years of experience

5+ years of experience in building or managing a partner network especially in payments, Fintech, ecommerce, Banks
