Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Manage effective governance models for the countries by institutionalizing the right policy framework and dash-boarding to track implementation, adherence & effectiveness
  • Work with managers to implement performance management processes and drive engagement.
  • Partner with the Central COE team to drive compensation projects to optimize cost, improve delivery & experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data analysis.
  • Own engagement & retention of high performing talent for the business and regularly feed the talent update to BU Leadership for proactive actions.


Education:

MBA with specialization in Human Resources


Experience:

Total experience in the range of 4-6 years in HR , with prior experience in managing HR Business Partnering

Prior COE experience in Talent, Learning, organization development is preferable.
