Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales SaaS Product - India Region at Ezyhire, located in Bengaluru. The role involves leading sales efforts, managing teams, and overseeing sales operations for the SaaS product in the Indian market. The candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team. Daily responsibilities will include sales forecasting, pipeline management, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves building relationships with key stakeholders and clients, providing critical feedback to the product team, and representing Ezyhire at industry events and conferences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the SaaS product in the India regionLead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholdersOversee account management and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionCollaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product developmentsProvide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior leadershipIdentify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer baseMonitor competitive activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordinglyRepresent Ezyhire at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven industriesMust have experience in selling HCM SaaS products such as Naukri, IIMJobs, Hackerrank,Codility, LeetCode, Xobin, Zoho Recruits, ATS, Careerbuilder.com , Monster , or similar
platforms, as well as experience with HCM products and solutions.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, especially in the SaaS industryStrong leadership and decision-making abilities with a focus on resultsExperience in developing and implementing successful sales strategiesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage and scale sales teams while fostering a collaborative and motivated environmentAnalytical skills to interpret sales data and trends to inform business decisionsStrong account management and customer relationship management (CRM) experienceKnowledge of the HR Tech industry or previous experience in tech hiring solutions is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field from a top university
