About our client:Established in 2015, our client is Asia's largest Logistics intelligence platform, working with companies such as Walmart, Nykaa, Meesho, Adidas etc to help them improve post purchase customer experience. They have been profitable for past 5 years, are backed by some of the biggest investors around and are growing 2x year on year. Responsibilities:Establish a strong rapport with potential clients via all communication channels, including phone, email, and , to set up meetings for the Demo Engineers and Account Executives. This involves engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and building a relationship of trust and credibility.Craft and lead outbound campaigns for potential markets, utilizing various channels such as email, social media, and other relevant platforms. These campaigns should focus on educating prospects about our value proposition, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our product or service.Collaborate closely with the Demo Engineers and Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff and follow-up process, ensuring that all potential leads are nurtured and converted into opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in generating sales qualified leads, preferably in the SaaS industry.Experience in selling to Indian/North American geographyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build long-lasting relationships.Strong research and prospecting skills, with a deep understanding of the target market and customer needs.Proven track record of successfully executing outbound campaigns and generating qualified leads.Proficient in using sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, email automation platforms, and social media.
