We're Hiring: Sr. Key Account Manager - Enterprise Sales
Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kerala, Mumbai & Delhi
We HoloWare Computers, an Indian OEM specialized in providing cutting-edge IT hardware solutions that help businesses scale and innovate. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Key Account Manager - Enterprise Sales to drive growth through new business acquisition and strategic account management.
What You'll Do:
New Business Acquisition: Focus on hunting for new logos and expanding our enterprise customer base
Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, particularly at the CXO level
P&L Ownership: Own the P&L for your accounts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
Negotiation & Strategy: Lead complex negotiations and drive tailored solutions to meet client needs
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For:
12-15 years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record in enterprise sales
Expertise in new logo acquisition, account hunting, and managing large enterprise accounts
P&L management experience and a results-oriented approach
Ability to build strong relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ideally, experience in the IT hardware industry or a similar tech-focused field
