Requirements

  • 13+ years of overall experience in HR with recent 5 years in Talent Acquisition
  • Planning, developing & implementing effective talent acquisition strategy and hiring plan for the organization
  • Must have a proven experience in Bulk/Volume hiring


Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):


  • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for hiring across India
  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
  • Help ensure the team is structured and aligned to adequately meet changing business priorities.
  • Sourcing and managing a consistent and high-quality talent pool of candidates to support the business delivery.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent
  • Driving the recruitment process within designated departments and ensuring that recruitment processes are completed within the stipulated time and budget.
  • Coordinating with business heads to ensure recruitment efforts are in sync with the business needs, leveraging new technology and channels in the recruitment space in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Reviewing market data periodically to benchmark compensation across new roles and positions in assigned departments to bring market-wide parity for those positions


Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in a leadership role in a talent acquisition function with exposure to managing teams
  • Strong understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships & influence stakeholders, with emphasis on establishing trust, through proactive solutions, delivery against commitments, and honest, transparent communication.
  • Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing.
  • Ability to drive compliance & process adherence
  • Proficient in working on Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint Presentation)
