Job Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager


Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition-Assistant Manager to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards, professional networks), employee referrals, and other creative methods.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive impression of the organization.
  • Assist in the negotiation of employment offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Stay informed about trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for process improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
