JOB TITLE

Talent Acquisition Manager reporting to Vertical Head – Talent Acquisition.


ROLE DESCRIPTION

This role will work towards establishing best-in-class Talent Acquisition practices in line with Business Strategy. The role will strive to build credible relationships with leaders, to deliver exceptional candidates, and will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring diverse, and best talent and will be responsible for the Full Recruitment Life cycle.


EXPERIENCE

Postgraduate in management from Tier 1 Institute, with a Minimum of 7 to 10 Years of work experience in Talent acquisition from the Automobile, EV, Battery, Manufacturing, or Engineering industry.


ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating and implementing Talent Acquisition Plans for all organizational levels.
  • Working with business leaders, partners, and stakeholders for aligned priority, business value, and strategic focus. Translating business needs into strategic and executable staffing plans for multiple large/ complex or multiple business segments or sub-segments/ functions.
  • Establishing credible, well-respected long-term partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for Full life cycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing, pre-screening, behavioral interviewing, selection, negotiation, and extension of offers.
  • Activate all sourcing channels including employee referral program, campus connects, and external market awareness to build and maintain Sun Mobility as the employer of choice.
  • Designing and implementing consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
  • Identify the talent pool, and build a pipeline to support business requirements.
  • Evaluate Talent Acquisition Metrics and improve efficiency. Automate and digitize process.
  • Experimenting with new ways to optimize the hiring process and internal workflows and solve problems at the root cause.
  • Work on Manpower Plans and budgets.
  • Take ownership of candidate experienced drivers and add value towards building an employer brand.
  • Managing the Talent Acquisition Team – Mentor the team on key priorities and goals.
  • Lead the business expansion plans through talent acquisition.
  • Multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment Create a positive organizational culture with a focus on Excellence and innovation.
  • Effectively articulating the business case for diversity and able to drive and influence a diverse slate.
  • Leading and executing recruitment strategies independently with key partners for specified roles, multiple needs, and/or opportunistic talent.


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of ERP / ATS implementation will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of employment law, and compensation benefits, application from TA context.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, Kannada will be an added advantage.
  • High on energy, proactive, with service orientation.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite specifically with Excel and, PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of latest TA trends and utilizing current TA technologies.
  • Understanding of the EV Industry in terms of resource mapping & and manpower benchmark.
  • Experience filling business-critical roles and leadership hiring.
  • Proficient in using company software, databases, and external job platforms to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.
  • Exposure to Automotive or EV domains will be an added advantage.
