Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site role for an HR Manager based in Rajkot. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relationships, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional daily tasks include developing HR policies, handling employee benefits, running training and development programs, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
  • Proficiency in Developing HR Policies and Procedures
  • Experience in Employee Benefits Management and Payroll
  • Skills in Training, Employee Development, and Performance Management
  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
