Job Title: HR / Admin Executive
Location: Rajkot
Industry: Service Industry (Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR / Admin Executive to support our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration, preferably in the service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS reports and documentation.
Administration:
- Oversee general office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Handle office supplies, asset management, and housekeeping supervision.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and administrative functions.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance and HR policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ready to travel as per the requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
- Prior experience in the service industry will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
