Job Description – HR Executive

Location: Rajkot

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team in Rajkot. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and supporting overall HR policies to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in policy formulation and implementation.
  • Ensure statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Support performance appraisal process.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of HR data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or related role (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
